What is Inner Wizard coaching and mentoring?

Many wonder if personal coaches and mentors are just another fad that will quickly fade. Athletes have long recognized the value of a professional coach to help them reach, and remain, at the top of their game.  A personal coach champions your success at reaching the top of your game, the game of life and getting what you desire. Unlike a traditional coach who always has the client come to his or her own realizations, a mentor will step in and offer guidance and direction when appropriate. Inner Wizard one-on-one and group programs and services combine the strengths and advantages of a coach and a mentor.

What do you do differently than anyone else?

There are a lot of distinctions I can point to, the primary differences are twofold.  First, I guide my clients to discover who they really are by stripping away early childhood conditioning to reveal the authentic self underneath.  Then, and only then, do I teach people how to be self-focused in their thoughts and choices by tapping into their inner power, intuition and authenticity. I bring clarity to the distinction between being selfish to the exclusion of others and being self-focused, firing on all cylinders, creating magic in life and in the lives of those who are touched and influenced by that power.  I also teach people how to root out the self-sabotaging behavior that often derails aspirations.

Secondly, I’ve found that the standard coaching formula is "do, have, be" where one has to commit to working hard, pay their dues, before they can have success and be admired, respected and live a wealthy lifestyle. Readers are so busy learning, doing and getting there is very little "being". The programs and services offered through the Inner Wizard programs are powerfully effective in establishing life-long positive change in that it is a "be, do, have" formula. It is solely focused on how to be, how to consistently show up in your life, if you want to achieve extraordinary success in your professional and personal life.

What can I get through coaching that I can’t get by reading self-help books?

Books provide a volume of information to learn, things to do and get to prepare for success. While business and self-help books tax the intellect they cannot hold the reader accountable for applying what is learned.  Without a commitment to daily application of new thoughts, perspectives and behavior lasting growth and change is fleeting at best.  

When you read a book you read it through your own lens, your perspective of yourself, your world and your opportunities.  A book cannot hold up a mirror to and shine light upon your deep-rooted and often unconscious thought patterns that shape the choices and actions that create your outcomes, your good and bad experiences.  An experienced coach and mentor can properly facilitate such an examination and guide you to reframe the experiences of your past as you establish new and better perspectives on the events of today and your opportunities for tomorrow.
